When do 2020 entries open?

Entries open on 16th March, 2020.

When do entries close?

Entries close on 17th April, 2020

What does it cost to enter?

Entry is free

How many times can I enter?

You can only enter once per person.

Should I announce my name at the start of my audio?

Yes, please state your name at the start of recording. There should be no music or noise in the background.

Who are the judges?

The judging panel includes News Directors and Senior Journalists from Australian commercial radio stations.

Do I have to attend the workshops if I am chosen as a Finalist?

Yes, the winner will be chosen by the judging panel from one of the ten finalists at the workshop.

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be announced in late May.

When will the work placement commence?

The work attachment will begin in July.
