What is the Prize?

 

The finalists will be invited to attend a one day workshop in Sydney (flights will be included for interstate finalists). This is a unique opportunity for finalists to gain knowledge and insights from commercial radio news directors and to receive valuable feedback about their news presenting style and delivery.

The Brian White Scholarship recipient will receive a four week paid work attachment (one week in each newsroom at Nine Radio, ARN, NOVA Entertainment and Southern Cross Austereo in either Sydney or Melbourne). 

NB: Accommodation and flights will be included if the recipient lives outside of the city in which the attachment is to take place.
